Since my daughter, Arianna was 4 years old, I have looked for a school that could give her what she deserved. Maryland's Public school gave her 30 minutes of Physical Therapy a week saying she would not improve anymore, she had met her limits. My daughter's education plan was the same for over 5 years straight. She never met her goals. They told me she was incapable of meeting those goals.
I knew better.
In my relentless search for better schooling, I found a place called CECO. I applied and flew down to Florida and had my daughter assessed. Lucky for us, she was accepted!!!!! I was thrilled.
Arianna had bilateral hamstring lengthening and knee capsulotomies this past July. I've never been so scared in my life. My daughter wasn't able to bear weight, bend her knees, or sit unassisted. I was told because she was 14, she may never recover.
I knew better.
My daughter has attended CECO for a little more than 2 months now and she is doing more than I ever imagined. This school is a Godsend. In 2 months she has already met the goals set at her admission conference!!
If you are able, I highly recommend looking into this school. It's answered every prayer I've had since Arianna was born.
