The Movement Centre of Manitoba is looking for 1-2 new or experienced Conductors/MDCs to join our growing team!

Your Responsibilities
As part of a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team of professionals, you’ll develop comprehensive class plans and lead programs for child and adult clients with physical disabilities (CP, spina bifida, multiple sclerosis, stroke, developmental delay). You’ll document progress and provide reports. You’ll meet and collaborate with members of your multi-disciplinary team to plan and evaluate programs, as well as with clients, families, and other professionals. You’ll direct, supervise, assess, and communicate client and class goals and with assistants, program volunteers, and students.

- A new or experienced certified Conductor/Conductor-teacher, or MDC
- Enjoy planning and executing field trips, crafts, science, games, as part of your class planning
- Love having fun while you work
- Have a positive outlook and a drive to evolve, learn, and grow
- Love working as a team, and eager to become an integral part of a cohesive group of colleagues
- Enjoy variety and are adaptable and flexible
- A problem-solver and decision-maker
- An outstanding communicator, and have excellent oral and written English
- for example, IELTS overall score 6.5 / TOEFL overall score of 83 / DET overall score of 105
