Job opportunity at ConductAbility!

Position Title: Conductor
Type of Position: Full-Time
Rate of Pay & Benefits: ConductAbility Inc., offers a full-time salaried position at a
competitive annual wage in the range of $55,000-$60,000 per year, depending on
experience and qualifications, as well as a complete benefits package including
Medical, Dental, Vision and a State-Sponsored Retirement Savings Program.

NOTE: Benefits start after the 90‑day introductory period and candidates must be
legally authorized to work in the United States - we do not offer visa sponsorship for this
position.
Job Summary:
The Conductor will deliver a Conductive Education to children and/or adults, supporting
our whole-person programs that integrate physical, cognitive, and social skills
increasing independence and fostering an "I can do it" attitude. Maintain strong
collaboration and work together with a credentialed special education teacher in both
mild/moderate & moderate/severe disabilities.
Programs:
  • Private School (NPS), Adult Day (TDS), After-School, and Summer
  • Private School Program (K-8) is tuition base and runs Mon - Thu from 9:00am to 2:00pm
  • Adult Day & After-School are fee-for-service programs and run Mon - Thu from 9:00am to 2:00pm (Adult Day) and 2:00pm to 5:00pm (After-School)
  • Summer Program is tuition based and runs Mon – Fri from 9am – 3pm for 8 weeks
  • Individual sessions and assessments on Fridays
  • We are closed for the month of August
Job Requirements:
  • Qualifications: Conductive Education Certification
  • Certifications: First Aid, CPR, and Live Scan
  • Knowledge, Skills & Experience: Experience working with individuals with motor
  • disorders, strong communication skills, ability to work in a team environment
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
